A new genus belonging to the family Oppiidae, Tainsculptoppia n. gen. is described. Two new endogean Multioppiinae species, Tainsculptoppia graptoppioides n. sp. and Ramusella (Insculptoppia) ramulifera n. sp., collected on the shores of a riverbed in Eastern Spain, are also described. The new genus Tainsculptoppia is characterized by the presence of well developed c2(ta) setae on the anterior margin of the notogaster while the new species R. (I.) ramulifera is characterized by its bifurcated branches on the sensillus. Tainsculptoppia subiasi (Pérez-Íñigo jr., 1990) n. comb. is included in the genus Tainsculptoppia and the species Phthiracarus boresetosus Jacot, 1930 and Platyliodes doderleini (Berlese, 1883) are recorded for the first time in Spain.
